SudaClear was recommended to me by my gran who said it helped my daughter when shed had colds and hayfever when she was sleeping over so I bought some myself to try out. I have suffered from sinus for ages and find with sudaclear I actually get a good night sleep breathing clearly! Much to my annoyance though, my local supermarket has been out of stock of it for the last 2 weeks - good thing you can even buy it through online pharmacies!
